can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1
cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky Salsa (any variety)
1/2
lb smoked turkey breast (from deli), cut into 2x1-inch strips (2 cups)
1 1/2
cups shredded Mexican 4-cheese blend (6 oz)

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press or roll each to form 5 1/2-inch round. Place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350°F. for 10 minutes.
  • 2 Remove from oven. Spread each biscuit with 2 tablespoons salsa. Top each with 1/4 cup turkey strips and 3 tablespoons cheese.
  • 3 Return to oven; bake an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
