EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

When using a slow cooker, don’t peek during cooking. Lifting the lid lets out the steam that’s vital to the cooking process.

Just before serving, sprinkle the ribs with thinly sliced green onions for a splash of bright color.

Super simple recipe. Very few ingredients. The meat comes out really tender but the only downfall is when you go to take the meat out to discard the liquid and add bbq sauce the meat falls apart. I ended up just removing the meat from crock pot, discarding bones and any fatty pieces, mixed meat with some bbq sauce and placed in a baking pan and finished the process in the oven for about 45 min until bbq sauce looked good and sticky.

A simple, basic recipe that is easy to alter in so many ways. The ribs turned out fall off the bone tender. I chose to put mine in the oven to finish the bbq process.... Delicious!

I have made these twice. It is the easiest rib recipe I have ever made. I use a little more BBQ Sauce, and they come out so good!! Super tender, the whole family loves them!!

Ok, so it's not a complicated recipe. BUT .... OMG ... follow the recipe, use your favorite BBQ sauce and you will have Ribs that will rival anything tht you get at a restaurant. Easy to make, tasty - 5 stars!!! I had 4 lbs, took them out at 6.5 hrs and they were falling off of the bone. Then I put back for 30 minutes with sauce and they were tasty, tender and ready to go.
