These are so delicious, I changed things up a bit and used Italian sweet creamer instead! It was like biting into a decadent cupcake and brownie all at the same time! Sooooo good!

Is it possible to use the Irish cream Whiskey? I prefer that over the flavorings of it.

I made these for my St. Patrick's Day dessert. Every one loved them! They were so moist! I have given out the recipe to many friends and family.

I just made these cookies for fun, and can't believe how easy it was. And fast. I would imagine it would be delicious to add some mini-chocolate chips to the cookie part to make it even richer. I also used Bailey's Irish Cream in addition to the irish cream coffee creamer, and used sliced almonds to the top of the frosting. Just delcious. Thank you Anita for this recipe. Fun to make and easy to add your own touches.
