cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

cup cayenne pepper sauce

tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix (from 1-oz package)

container (8 oz) whipped cream cheese spread

container (6 oz) Yoplait® Greek Fat Free plain yogurt

Dippers

Pita chips
Pretzels
Cut-up celery

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch square pan or baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 2 In large bowl, mix dip ingredients; spread in pan.
  • 3 Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with chips, pretzels and/or celery.

I made this for Superbowl party 2012 and it was a great hit. I like this version better than the ones that call for blue cheese. This one is not too tangy. Very easy to make. I could not find yoplait so I use Oikos organic greek
