Ingredients

1: cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped

1/2: cup crumbled goat cheese

1/2: cup toasted pine nuts

1: can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Directions

1 Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, stir together sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese and pine nuts.
2 Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place about 3 tablespoons sun-dried tomato mixture down the length of each triangle. Roll up each, starting at shortest side of triangle and rolling to opposite point. Place rolls, point side down, on ungreased cookie sheet.
3 Bake 16 to 19 minutes until golden brown.

Loved this recipe! The sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts worked well together and the goat cheese, mmmmm!! my guests loved it!!

I am not a big goat cheese person, but I found feta cheese works in this recipe too!! Very quick recipe to throw together!

I am not the best cook and very impatient in the kitchen. This was easy, fast and tasted amazing. I would love more recipes form Chef Marcel!
