EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Learn to use lower-fat meats and dressings in your favorite recipes. For example, beef sirloin, a very lean cut of meat, is used here instead of the lamb typically used in gyros. And yogurt, instead of sour cream or mayonnaise, makes a fantastic dressing that adds a refreshing and tangy touch. Warm pita bread, cut into wedges, is the perfect choice to serve with this salad.
