Expert Tips

Add chicken to this pasta dish. After cooking the garlic, add about 1/2 pound cubed boneless skinless chicken; cook until no longer pink in center.

A crusty French baguette is a nice addition and adds a different texture to this meal.

Exceptionally good Fresh Tomato recipe. However, I sauté a few onions, then follow the recipe and at the end add 3 - 4 Tbs of fresh basil. Makes it even better.
