cups shredded Chinese (napa) cabbage

(8-oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained

cup purchased sweet and sour sauce

teaspoons cornstarch

  • 1 While rice is cooking, heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken, carrots, onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 4 to 6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  • 2 Add cabbage and water chestnuts; cook 1 minute. In small bowl, combine sweet and sour sauce and cornstarch. Add to chicken mixture; cook and stir 2 minutes or until mixture is thick and bubbly. Serve chicken mixture with rice.
