Ingredients

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with cooking parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
  • 2
Spoon and shape 14 heaping tablespoons dough into balls. Roll balls in pretzels; place 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • 3
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before removing to cooling racks.
  • 4
In small bowl, microwave milk chocolate uncovered on High, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth. Drizzle melted chocolate over cookies; let stand until set. Store in airtight container.

Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
For best results, use multiple cookie sheets and do not overcrowd oven during baking.
  • tip 2
The cookies are done when they deflate in the oven. If they are still puffed up, let them bake a little longer.
  • tip 3
For easier cleanup, place cooling racks on top of a waxed paper-lined work surface or cookie sheet before drizzling melted chocolate over baked cookies.
  • tip 4
If you prefer, dark chocolate is a delicious substitute for the milk chocolate.
