For best results, use multiple cookie sheets and do not overcrowd oven during baking.
The cookies are done when they deflate in the oven. If they are still puffed up, let them bake a little longer.
For easier cleanup, place cooling racks on top of a waxed paper-lined work surface or cookie sheet before drizzling melted chocolate over baked cookies.
If you prefer, dark chocolate is a delicious substitute for the milk chocolate.
