1: lb (at least 80%) lean ground beef

3/4: cup chopped onion

1: can (11 oz) condensed Cheddar cheese soup

1: cup frozen mixed vegetables

1/4: cup milk

2: cups baking mix

3/4: cup water

1: cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

Directions

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Generously spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned; drain. Stir in soup, vegetables and milk.
2 In baking dish, stir baking mix and water until moistened; spread evenly. Spread beef mixture over batter. Sprinkle with cheese.
3 Bake 30 minutes.
