Dinner ready in 30 minutes! Top Pillsbury® Grands!® buttermilk biscuits with chicken and tomato to make this cheesy pizza - a hearty meal.

Pillsbury™ Grands!™ frozen buttermilk biscuits (from 4 lb 11-oz bag)

teaspoons Italian dressing

medium plum (Roma) tomato, sliced

fresh basil leaves, sliced

cup frozen diced cooked chicken breast (from 9-oz package)
1/4
cup shredded Italian cheese blend (1 oz)

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. To thaw biscuits, place on microwavable plate; microwave uncovered on High 15 to 30 seconds or until biscuits are soft enough to press into rounds.
  • 2 Place biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet. Press or roll each to make 6-inch round. Spread 1 teaspoon dressing on each round. Top each evenly with remaining ingredients.
  • 3 Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Expert Tips

Fresh basil is very perishable. Process leftover leaves in a food processor with a little olive oil. Freeze small dollops on a small cookie sheet. Remove and seal in a freezer bag. Use one or two to flavor other dishes such as casseroles, spaghetti or soups.
