Bacon and raisins add a tasty twist to this delicious broccoli salad that's ready in 15 minutes - perfect side dish.

Ingredients

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

cups broccoli flowerets (1/2 lb)

slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled (1/4 cup)

Steps

  • 1 In large glass or plastic bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.

Expert Tips

Stir the salad just before serving to redistribute all the ingredients. If the dressing is too thick, thin it with a little milk.
