lb ground beef, cooked, drained
1/2
cup ketchup
1/4
cup dill pickle relish
1
cup diced American cheese (4 oz)

tablespoon yellow mustard

can (12 oz) Pillsbury® Grands ®! Big & Flaky crescent dinner rolls
1
teaspoon sesame seed

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. In 10-inch skillet, mix cooked beef and ketchup. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. Stir in relish, cheese and mustard. Set aside. Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press each to 8x5 inches, firmly pressing perforations to seal.
  • 2 Divide beef mixture evenly among rectangles. Bring ends up over filling, overlapping about 1 inch. Press edges with fork to seal. Brush each with water, and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon sesame seed.
  • 3 Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

These where SO good! I did use the dinner rolls which where a little hard to deal with, and split open. Would probably be better to use there new "sheets" they have. Made 4 big "pies" which where all gone within minuets. next time i will double the recipe! Even my picky 2 year old are one whole one!

Or, you can use the Pillsbury Pizza Dough, and cut it in half for two servings. I generally will use two pizza dough pkgs, and make 4...no sealing of perforations, and it cooks up very nicely. :)

These were really yummy! Definitely added to my recipe rotation. The dinner rolls were a little difficult to work with and keep from separating at the seams but that aside, very easy to make.
