Want to get your friends together for a make-your-own biscuit bar that’s all fun and no stress? We thought so.

It’s true: Biscuit bars are a party trend that’s here to stay (and we are here for it!). Whether you’re celebrating National Buttermilk Biscuit Day or simply spending time with those you care about, what better way to do so than with a plate of warm, fresh Pillsbury™ biscuits? We break down everything you need to get started.

Step 1: Make Your Biscuits

All you need for this one-ingredient “recipe” is a can of Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits to make this party happen in a snap. Depending on the number of people attending, you’ll want to plan on 1-2 biscuits per person (Keep in mind each can of dough makes eight biscuits).

Step 2: Pick Your Toppings

By far the best thing about a biscuit bar (besides the biscuits themselves, of course!) is how customizable they are. Invite each of your friends to bring their favorite toppings like pepper jam or creamy Nutella spread.

Set up your table with plenty of butter knives, spoons, small bowls and plates for a topping smorgasbord. Once your biscuits are finished baking, display them in the middle of your table on a pretty serving platter—or perhaps a cake stand to make room for more toppings!

Keep a few staple toppings on hand: Butter, sliced deli meat and cheeses are great for savory biscuits, while honey, sliced fruit, peanut butter and jam satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth.

Step 3: Get Them Before They’re Gone!

We all know the most fun part of the biscuit bar—the eating! Go ahead and pile on your jams, spread your peanut butter or drizzle with honey. These biscuits are so easy to make your own.
