These flavorful pillows are bursting with everything we love in a popper – cheese and heat. What better way to enjoy an afternoon of game-watching than with a super easy treat that won’t keep you trapped in the kitchen? Pro tip: make two batches!

Carefully chop the jalapeños to a small dice.

Diced jalapenos

In a medium bowl mix together the diced jalapeños, cream cheese, cheddar, salt and pepper, garlic powder. Set aside.

Separate dough into 8 biscuits. With rolling pin, roll out each biscuit into about 1/8-inch-thick round. Place about a tablespoon of the filling into the center. Bring up dough around filling; pinch to seal tightly. Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet.

Make the egg wash by combining the egg with a splash of water. Brush the tops of the stuffed biscuits with some of the egg wash.
