    1. Heat oven to 400°. Roll dough out onto cookie sheet and press until desired thickness. Spread 1/4 cup Muir Glen pizza sauce on top of dough and then sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of mild cheddar cheese over sauce.
    2. Top with 2 sliced medium jalapenos, 2 sliced medium Roma tomatoes, 8 strips of crisp, crumbled bacon, and finish with the remaining 1/2-cup of shredded cheddar cheese. For extra heat, add a few sliced fresh chili peppers. To make a mild version of this pizza, replace the jalapeno peppers with bell or sweet snacking peppers.
    3. Bake pizza for 18- 20 minutes, or until golden brown around edges.

    1. Heat oven to 400°F. Grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Roll the crust out and press out slightly. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
    2. While the crust is baking, cook 1/2 lb. bacon (then crumble). Remove all grease from pan except 4 tablespoons. (If you don’t want to use bacon grease, substitute 4 tablespoons of butter.)
    3. Whisk in 4 tablespoons of flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in 1 cup milk and cook until thickened and bubbly, 1 to 2 minutes.
    4. Remove from the heat and stir in 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
    5. Remove the pizza from the oven. Top with Alfredo sauce.
    6. Add 2 cans of drained clams, crumbled bacon and 8 oz. of fresh mozzarella. Return the pizza to the oven and bake an additional 6-10 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Sprinkle on 1/2-cup torn or sliced fresh basil.
