1Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with sides with silicone baking mat or cooking parchment paper.

2In 8-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Cook until mixture thickens. Set aside.

3Unroll dough onto cookie sheet. Using rolling pin, roll dough into rectangle. Transfer dough to cookie sheet.

4Spoon beef mixture onto half of dough. Top with cheese and cilantro. Fold dough over; gently press edges to seal. Brush top with oil.

5Bake about 20 minutes or until light golden brown. To serve, cut into slices. Serve with taco sauce for dipping.
