1Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with nonstick foil or parchment paper.
2On cutting board, carefully unroll dough, beginning with seam, until flat on board. Brush dough generously with butter. Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon-sugar.
3Roll up dough; place on cookie sheet.
4Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before slicing.
