cups cubed unpeeled red apples (2 medium)

cups cubed unpeeled pears (2 medium)

cup chopped dates

tablespoon fresh lemon juice

medium bananas, sliced

cup light mayonnaise or salad dressing

tablespoons honey

teaspoon grated lemon peel

teaspoon allspice

Directions

  1. 1 In large bowl, combine apples, pears, dates and lemon juice; mix well. Add bananas; stir gently to mix.
  2. 2 In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; blend well. Add to salad; stir gently to coat. If desired, serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
