(19.5-oz.) pkg. Pillsbury® Brownie Classics Traditional Fudge Premium Brownie Mix
1/2
cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup water
2
eggs
2
cups quick-cooking rolled oats
2
cups chopped walnuts
1
(12-oz.) pkg. (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips
1
(14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl, combine brownie mix, butter, water and eggs; beat 50 strokes with spoon. Add oats and walnuts; mix well.
  • 2 In medium microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and condensed milk. Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth, stirring twice.
  • 3 Spread half of brownie batter in greased pan. Spread chocolate mixture over batter. Drop remaining brownie mixture by teaspoonfuls over chocolate layer. (Brownie mixture will not completely cover chocolate layer.)
  • 4 Bake at 350°F. for 29 to 33 minutes or until brownie topping feels dry and edges begin to pull away from sides of pan. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool 2 hours. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours. Cut into bars. Serve cold or at room temperature. Store in refrigerator.

These are great brownies. They are very rich so cute the brownies small. You will get lots of requests for the recipe so have it printed and ready.

I made these brownies for a bake sale and they were a hit! They kept moist and chewy for several days after baking. I will make these again soon.
