tablespoons drained crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice

large banana, thinly sliced

  • 1 Spread about 1 tablespoon peanut butter on each tortilla. Top each with 1 tablespoon pineapple, 1/4 of the banana slices and 1 tablespoon coconut.
  • 2 Roll up each tortilla. Serve immediately.
