Ingredients

Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box

cup crushed round buttery crackers

cup grated Parmesan cheese

cup mayonnaise

plum (Roma) tomatoes, thinly sliced

teaspoon salt
1/2
teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4
cup fresh basil leaves, thinly shredded

slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
Additional shredded fresh basil leaves, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Place pie crust in 9-inch square tart pan with removable bottom as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie; trim edges. Prick crust with fork. Bake 14 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle half of the cracker crumbs over partially baked crust.
  2. 2 In small bowl, mix cheese and mayonnaise. Spoon and carefully spread half of the cheese mixture over crumbs. Arrange tomato slices over top; sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup basil and the bacon. Spoon and spread remaining cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs.
  3. 3 Bake 24 to 25 minutes or until browned. Garnish with additional basil. Serve warm.
