Ingredients

package (8 oz) cream cheese

package (6 oz) chèvre (goat) cheese
1
cup shredded Parmesan cheese (4 oz)
1/3
cup chopped fresh basil
1/4
cup diced red bell pepper
Sourdough cocktail bread slices or crackers

Directions

  1. 1 In food processor, process all cheeses until well blended. Add basil and bell pepper; process with quick on-and-off motions until finely chopped and well blended. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm.
  2. 2 Spoon cheese mixture into 3 (1-cup) ramekins or 1 (3-cup) bowl. Serve with bread slices.
