Three-Cheese Spread

Chèvre cheese adds dimension to Parmesan and cream cheese in this easy party spread that's perfectly suited to crackers or bread.

Ingredients

package (8 oz) cream cheese

package (6 oz) chèvre (goat) cheese

cup shredded Parmesan cheese (4 oz)
1/3
cup chopped fresh basil
1/4
cup diced red bell pepper
Sourdough cocktail bread slices or crackers
  • 1 In food processor, process all cheeses until well blended. Add basil and bell pepper; process with quick on-and-off motions until finely chopped and well blended. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • 2 Spoon cheese mixture into 3 (1-cup) ramekins or 1 (3-cup) bowl. Serve with bread slices.
