EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Dark sesame oil has a stronger toasted sesame aroma and flavor then light sesame oil.

Rice vinegar gives these Asian-style wraps authentic flavor, but white wine vinegar will work, too.

To firm up the beef so that it's easy to cut into thin slices, freeze the steak for about 20 minutes.

I tried this earlier this week and loved it! I used brown rice instead of the tortilla, but it was still delicious! It's even better the next day or two. And adding teriyaki sauce with a little black pepper improves the flavor!

Very boring cost me alot for the sesame oil, rice vinegar, & teriyaki sauce. Bland not worth it

Very easy. A different kind of lunch in the lunch box?

really easy. I use pork as well, and add thinly sliced mushrooms, shitake if I can, regular is great. Kids as well as adults love to spread plum sauce on tortillas before they add stuffing. Yum.
