Sweet Chicken and Gouda Pizza

Ingredients

teaspoons Crisco® pure vegetable oil

can Pillsbury™ refrigerated thin pizza crust
1/2
cup peach apricot preserves
1/2
teaspoon dried thyme leaves

cup chopped deli rotisserie chicken breast
1/3
cup cooked real bacon pieces (from 2.8-oz package)

oz Gouda cheese, shredded (1 3/4 cups)

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Brush 15x10-inch nonstick or dark pan with sides with oil. Unroll dough in pan. Bake 6 minutes or until light golden brown.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir preserves, thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
  3. 3 Spread preserves mixture over partially baked crust. Top with chicken, bacon and cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
