large red onion, thinly sliced
1
can Pillsbury® refrigerated thin pizza crust
1
cup Smucker's® Sweet Orange Marmalade
2
teaspoons Sriracha sauce
3
cups chopped deli rotisserie chicken
1
cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)
1
cup firmly packed shredded bok choy

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, mix onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, or until browned. Add 1/4 cup water; cook, stirring constantly, until water evaporates.
  • 2 Meanwhile, unroll dough on dark or nonstick cookie sheet. Bake 6 minutes. Remove from oven; turn crust over on cookie sheet.
  • 3 In small bowl, mix marmalade and Sriracha sauce. Spread mixture on crust to within 1/2 inch of edges. Top with chicken, cheese and onion. Bake 10 to 12 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and crust is deep golden brown.
  • 4 Remove from oven; sprinkle with bok choy.

This was so good! I made this for a get together and everyone raved about it. The sauce used was so refreshing but had the great little kick. This will be a great summertime recipe as its so light. I had one piece left and I ate it cold and it still tasted great!

WOOOWWWW!! This was incredible and so easy!! My husband could've eaten the whole thing himself! Great texture, crispy crust, sweet and spicy and a cool crunch to boot! This will be a go to recipe in my house!!

I made this last night!! AMAZING!! My family ate two of them in less than 10 minutes!! Such a unique combination of flavors!! Will make again for sure!!

Can I rate my own recipe? I personally love this recipe as a go to dinner during the week! QUICK AND EASY! It also works great as a date-night meal, and is elegant enough to serve to guests!! If you like sweet and spicy, I guarantee you will love this!!
