Ingredients

lb. beef top round steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

large onion, cut into wedges

garlic cloves, minced

teaspoon cumin

teaspoons chili powder

cups Progresso™ beef flavored broth (from 32-oz. carton)

(14.5-oz.) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, undrained

chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, chopped

oz. unsweetened chocolate

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef, onion, garlic, cumin and chili powder; cook and stir until beef is browned.
  2. 2 Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover; cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until beef is fork-tender, stirring occasionally. If desired, top individual servings with sour cream.
