Ingredients

Corn Relish

cup chopped tomatoes

cup chopped avocados

(11-oz.) can Green Giant™ SteamCrisp® Niblets® Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained

tablespoons chopped green onions

tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

tablespoons white vinegar

Steaks

(4 to 6-oz.) boneless beef rib eye steaks
1 1/2
teaspoons garlic-pepper blend
1 1/2
teaspoons chili powder

Directions

  1. 1 In medium bowl, combine all corn relish ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
  2. 2 Rub steaks with garlic-pepper blend and chili powder; place on broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until of desired doneness, turning once. Serve with corn relish.
