Slow-Cooker Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

cups half-and-half

cups milk

can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

oz semisweet baking chocolate, chopped

cup creamy peanut butter

teaspoons vanilla

large marshmallows

Directions

  1. 1 In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, stir together half-and-half, milk, condensed milk and chocolate.
  2. 2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 2 to 3 hours, stirring with whisk after 1 hour, or until hot and chocolate is melted. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Add 1 marshmallow to each mug of hot chocolate.
