slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces

(10-oz.) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce

Directions

  1. 1 Cook bacon in 12-inch skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels. Reserve 1 tablespoon bacon drippings in skillet.
  2. 2 In large bowl, combine eggs, pepper and half of the Alfredo sauce; beat well. Add egg mixture to skillet; cook over medium heat until eggs are set but still moist, stirring occasionally. Fold in remaining Alfredo sauce. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with bacon.
