Salami Egg Bake

Salami egg bake ready in less than an hour. A cheesy and flavorful main dish - perfect for a hearty meal!

Ingredients

oz. sliced salami, cut into thin strips

tablespoons finely chopped red onion

cup milk

(3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into 16 cubes

cup mini bagel chips
  • 1 Heat oven to 325°F. In small nonstick skillet, cook salami and onion for 3 minutes or until onion is tender.
  • 2 In medium bowl, combine eggs and milk; beat well. Pour into ungreased 9-inch glass pie pan. Sprinkle cream cheese cubes evenly over egg mixture. Sprinkle salami-onion mixture over top. Place bagel chips around edge of pie pan.
  • 3 Bake at 325°F. for 25 to 35 minutes or until eggs are set. Cut into wedges to serve.
