Ingredients

(13.8-oz.) can Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust

teaspoons olive or vegetable oil
1/2
teaspoon minced garlic (1/2 to 1 clove)

(1-lb.) bag frozen cut leaf spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
1
(8-oz.) pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
8
oz. thinly sliced ham

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 9-inch round cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place pizza crust in pan; press firmly to bottom and up sides. Roll top edge under and press against top rim of pan to secure.
  2. 2 In small bowl, combine oil and garlic. Brush dough with 1 teaspoon of the oil mixture. Place spinach in bottom of crust; top with half of the cheese. Place ham over cheese; brush with remaining oil mixture. Place remaining cheese on top. Place strips of foil around edge of crust.
  3. 3 Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
