For the recipe here, I'd give it 2.5-3 stars, but with some changes it becomes a 4 star. The concept is great! For changes, the amount of the butter/brown sugar mixture makes it far too sweet plus that much butter makes the rolls kind of soggy when it melts in the oven. I cut this down to 1/2 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. I also cut down on the rum in the icing. I love rum, but the icing was a little thin and ran off the rolls with the full teaspoon of rum added. A couple other tips - I hate to waste anything, so it works fine to reserve the soaking rum when draining the

After a recent trip to Jamaica, I had a surplus of rum. I used Appleton rum to make this recipe. It was awesome!!!My husband & I loved these rolls.
