Roasted Red Bell Pepper Dip

Ingredients

package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup finely chopped roasted red bell peppers (from 7-oz jar)

tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce

clove garlic, finely chopped
Fresh cilantro sprig
Bite-size round tortilla chips
  • 1 In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except cilantro sprig and tortilla chips. Spoon into serving bowl. Garnish with cilantro sprig.
  • 2 Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or cover and refrigerate until serving time. If refrigerated, let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
