Ingredients

package (10 oz) prebaked Italian pizza crusts (two 6-inch crusts)

tablespoons light garlic-and-herb spreadable cheese (from 4- to 6.5-oz container)

cup spinach leaves
1/4
lb thinly sliced 97%-fat-free cooked Italian roast beef (from deli)

large tomato, sliced
1/4
cup sliced ripe olives

tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. 1 Spread top side of 1 pizza crust and bottom side of other pizza crust with spreadable cheese.
  2. 2 On crust with top spread with cheese, layer remaining ingredients. Top with second crust, cheese side down. Cut into 8 wedges. Wrap 2 wedges together securely with foil or plastic wrap; take with you for an on-the-go dinner.
