Praline-Topped Sweet Potatoes

cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

containers (24 oz each) refrigerated mashed sweet potatoes

teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray shallow 2 1/2-quart casserole with cooking spray.
  2. 2 In medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, pecans, butter and cinnamon until blended. In large bowl, mix sweet potatoes, vanilla and 1/2 cup of the streusel mixture. Spoon sweet potato mixture into casserole; sprinkle with remaining streusel mixture.
  3. 3 Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated and streusel is crisp.
