Pomegranate and Greens Salad

Raspberry dressing provides a simple addition to this no-mess salad that's made using pomegranate, lettuce and spinach - a perfect side dish.

Ingredients

Dressing

cup raspberry or white wine vinegar

Salad

cups torn fresh spinach

cups torn leaf lettuce

cups torn iceberg lettuce

cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 In small bowl or jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. If desired, refrigerate until serving time.
  • 2 To serve, combine all salad ingredients in large salad bowl. Stir dressing; pour over salad. Toss gently to coat greens.
