Peach-Pecan Cornbread Dressing

Just when you thought stuffing was stuffing, this incredibly fresh rendition comes along! Chopped dried peaches and pecans add new flavor to an old favorite.

cup chicken broth

package (8 oz) cornbread stuffing mix

cup chopped celery (2 stalks)

cup cut-up dried peaches
1/4
cup chopped pecans
  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 2-quart casserole with cooking spray. In 3-quart saucepan, heat 1 1/4 cups water and broth to boiling. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into casserole; cover.
  • 2 Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot.
