Napoli Bread Salad

oz. (about 7 inches) plain or herb-flavored Italian bread, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices

cup red or yellow cherry tomatoes, halved

cup sliced celery

tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

cup purchased Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 Grill or toast bread slices until lightly browned. Cut into 1/2-inch squares (about 5 cups).
