These were delicious! I followed a tip from someone about chilling the roll before slicing it.

I've made these many many times for parties and they are always a hit! Instead of the mexicorn stuff I use Corn Salsa from Trader Joe's. Right now we're experimenting with keeping them in the freezer for a quick snack.

I made these for a Sunday afternoon munchy kind of lunch a few years ago. Super easy, and really tasty. They turned out great. We mixed salsa and sour cream to make a dip for them... these were a hit at our house, and I am thinking of taking them to a party Friday night.

I made these for Superbowl Party last year, they came out pretty small, nowhere near the size in the picture, i would say maybe the size of a quarter, and maybe a 1/4 inch thick. too much work for the little bit that u get. They were ok but would never make them again

These were ok. Served with salsa as suggested. They're visually appetizing as well and easy to make. Probably isn't something I would make again though.
