Mini Tuna-Cheese Buns

can (6 oz) solid white tuna in water, drained, flaked

cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

cup finely chopped celery

tablespoons finely chopped red onion

tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing

tablespoon Dijon mustard
8
miniature sandwich buns (about 3 inch), split

small leaves lettuce

Directions

  1. 1 In medium bowl, mix tuna, cheese, celery, onion, mayonnaise and mustard.
  2. 2 Spread tuna mixture on bottom halves of buns. Top with lettuce. Cover with top halves of buns. Serve immediately, or wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
