Mini Ham and Goat Cheese Star Pies

Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box

egg, beaten
3
teaspoons finely crumbled chèvre (goat) cheese
1/4
cup finely chopped cooked ham
  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with foil or cooking parchment paper.
  • 2 Remove pie crust from pouch; unroll on lightly floured work surface. Using 2-inch star-shaped cookie cutter, cut out 24 stars. (Reroll scraps and cut additional stars, if desired.) Lightly brush stars with egg.
  • 3 Divide cheese and ham evenly among 12 of the stars. Place second star on top of each; gently press edges to seal. Place on cookie sheet. Lightly brush tops with egg.
  • 4 Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
