Meatless Meatball Pizza

Ingredients

can Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust

frozen roasted garlic or regular soy-protein burgers
3/4
cup pizza sauce
2
tablespoons sliced ripe olives
1
cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
1
cup shredded provolone cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 Heat oven to 400º F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Unroll dough; place in greased pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edges of pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
  • 2 On medium microwavable plate, microwave burgers uncovered on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, turning once, until thawed. Shape into 1/2-inch balls. Spread pizza sauce over crust. Top with burger balls and olives. Sprinkle with both cheeses.
  • 3 Bake an aditional 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
