Ingredients

Salad

cups torn romaine lettuce or other salad greens

(8-oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/4
cup sliced green onions

cups (about 7 oz.) fresh snow pea pods, halved

(8-oz.) pkg. imitation crabmeat chunks (surimi)

Dressing

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2
cup sour cream

tablespoon prepared horseradish

teaspoon Dijon mustard

teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. 1 In 3-quart serving bowl, layer all salad ingredients in order listed.
  2. 2 In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Spread dressing evenly over salad. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Just before serving, toss gently to mix.
