Ingredients

pkg (8 oz) fat-free cream cheese, softened

tablespoon butter, melted
1/4
teaspoon garlic salt
2
tablespoons skim milk
1
tablespoon lemon juice
3
small green onions, sliced

can (6 oz) crabmeat, drained, flaked

Directions

  1. 1 In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with fork. Add butter; beat until blended. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
  2. 2 If refrigerated, let spread stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving. If desired, sprinkle with paprika. Serve with assorted fat-free crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables.
