Italian Herb Crusted Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

can Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust

tablespoons butter, softened

teaspoons dried basil leaves
1 1/4
teaspoons dried oregano leaves

cup pizza sauce
1 1/2
cups shredded Italian cheese blend (6 oz)
1/2
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Grease large dark or nonstick cookie sheet with shortening or cooking spray. Unroll dough on cookie sheet. Press out dough to 15x10-inch rectangle.
  2. 2 In small bowl, mix butter, 1 teaspoon of the basil leaves and 1 teaspoon of the oregano leaves. Spread over dough. Bake 7 minutes; remove from oven.
  3. 3 Spread pizza sauce evenly over partially baked crust; sprinkle with cheeses, remaining 1/4 teaspoon basil and 1/4 teaspoon oregano leaves.
  4. 4 Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
