Ingredients

cup zesty Italian dressing
3/4
cup plain, Italian style or garlic & herb bread crumbs

lb fresh or frozen white fish fillets (1/2 inch thick), thawed

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 450°F. Lightly spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Pour dressing into shallow dish. Place bread crumbs in another shallow dish. Dip fish into dressing; coat evenly with bread crumbs. Place in pan.
  3. 3 Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
