Ingredients

(3-oz.) pkg. any red fruit-flavor gelatin
1/3
cup light corn syrup

tablespoons margarine or butter
4
cups crisp rice cereal

spearmint leaf candies

Directions

  1. 1 Spray 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray. In large saucepan, combine gelatin, corn syrup and margarine; mix well. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
  2. 2 Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in cereal until coated. Press mixture in sprayed pan. Cover; refrigerate about 30 minutes or until set.
  3. 3 Cut into bars. Top each bar with leaf candy.
