Halloweenie Poppers

Savour these scrumptious baked poppers made with Pillsbury™ rolls stuffed with turkey sausage and Old El Paso™ chilies - a perfect Halloween appetizer!

Ingredients

can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls

slices pickled jalapeño chiles (from 7-oz can or 12-oz jar)

cocktail-size smoked link turkey sausages (from 14-oz package)

loaf (16 oz) queso blanco prepared cheese product, cut into cubes

cans (4.5 oz each) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles, undrained
  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough on work surface; separate into 8 triangles. Starting at narrow tip, cut each triangle lengthwise into 3 smaller triangles.
  • 2 On wide end of each triangle, place 1 jalapeño slice and 1 sausage. Roll up to opposite point. Place, point side down, on cookie sheet.
  • 3 Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until deep golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
  • 4 Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan, heat cheese and green chiles over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and smooth. Serve warm poppers with cheese sauce.
