Guacamole with Blue Chips

ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and cut up

cup chopped green onions

teaspoon garlic powder

tablespoons lime juice

to 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Italian plum tomato, chopped (1/4 cup)

tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

oz. blue tortilla chips
  • 1 In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine avocados, onions, salt, garlic powder, lime juice and hot pepper sauce; process until smooth.
  • 2 Spoon mixture into serving dish. Sprinkle with tomato and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
